· December: Taichung Harbor plant granted ISO 50001:2011 energy management system certification.
· September: Construction of the first warehouse in the Taichung Harbor plant completed.
· February: Sulfuric acid production line relocation completed in Taichung Harbor plant with daily output of 500 tons.
2014
· December: Taichung Harbor plant granted ISO9001:2008 quality certification.
· November: Beaming and TSMC's sulfuric acid recycle project application approved by three major Science Parks' authorities.
· August: Conformation to the certification standards of ISO14604-3 and EPA's guidelines for GHG verification in Taichung Harbor plant.
· March: Began to relocate the sulfuric acid production line to Taichung Harbor plant from Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant.
· February: Taichung Harbor Plant and BASF build electronic grade sulfuric acid in Taichung. December: Test operation of high-purity electronic grade for the wafer industry certified.
2013
· June: Beaming Co., Ltd. signs agreement with BASF for electronic grade sulfuric acid production.
2012
· October: First phase of the sulfuric acid plant, steam turbine power plant, and sulfamic acid plant production begin in Taichung Harbor Plant.
2009
· August: Taichung Harbor plant starts construction.
2008
· December: Land handover inspection completed by Taichung Harbor Authority and Taichung Harbor Plant.
· November: Taichung Harbor plant achieves EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) for production.
2007
· December: Beaming signs contract with Taichung Harbor Authority for Petrochemical area land lease.
· June: Application for Beaming's Taichung Harbor Plant construction in Taichung Harbor Petrochemical Area approved.
2006
· September: Submits Taichung Harbor Plant construction plan to Harbor Authority.
· April: Hawk Sui Transportation Co., Ltd. is established.
2005
· December: Micron grade aluminum hydroxide production line in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant established.

· Bulk material handling warehouse in Taichung Hawk Ming transportation plant completed.

· Xiangshan (Hsinchu) plant granted ISO9001:2000 quality certification.

· Calcium superphosphate production line in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant completed.

· Sulfuric acid production line with daily output of 200 tons in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant completed.

· Sulfamic acid successfully developed and production line completed at the same year in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant.
1976
· Sulfuric acid production line with daily output of 100 tons in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant completed.
1975
· ATH production line in Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant completed.
1972
· Xiangshan(Hsinchu) plant completed and restarted to produce sulfuric and ammonium sulfate. In the same year, the plant in Liudu was shut down.
1963
· The Beaming Co., Ltd. is established in Liudu Industrial Park, Keelung.
